Customers must record an unedited opening video to claim any damage, missing item, or wrong product. Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.

Returns & Replacements

• Return or exchange requests must be reported 48 Hour of receiving the product.
• A ₹100 shipping/handling charge applies to all approved returns or replacements, unless the error is from our side.
• Requests must be sent to renukthesoulhealer@gmail.com with order details, invoice, photos, and opening video.
Returns/replacements are accepted only if:
• The product is damaged in transit, or
• A wrong product is delivered.
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The product is used, opened, tampered with, or missing serial numbers.
• Original packaging or invoice is missing.
• The product is energised or customised in the recipient’s name (non returnable & non refundable).
Product exchanges are not allowed. Only replacement of the same product may be provided after verification.

Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not shipped.
• If ZenVedas is unable to ship an order, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
• Refunds are processed only for approved returns where replacement is not possible.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Refunds are initiated within 4 working days after approval and may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
